Who do we process personal information about

Who we share personal information with
Our IT service providers may have access to personal information if personal information is stored at the supplier or otherwise available to the supplier under contract with us. The suppliers act in accordance with the data processing agreement with us and in accordance with our instructions. The supplier may only use the personal information for the purposes we have determined and as described in this privacy statement.
Storage of personal information
Personal information provided by users who submit a form to this site will be stored. Contact requests are deleted after 1 year.
Lineage takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclose, share or sell your data without your consent; unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for as long as necessary and for the purpose(s) specified in this notice.
- We collect and store your personal data as part of our legal obligation for business accounting and tax purposes.
- We collect your personal data in the performance of a contract or to provide a service and to ensure that orders are completed and can be sent out to your preferred address.

Safety
We have established procedures for the secure handling of personal information. The measures are both technical and organizational. Periodic assessments of the safety of all key systems used for handling personal data are carried out and agreements are entered into compelling suppliers of such systems to provide satisfactory information security.
Access to personal information is restricted to that personnel who require access to carry out their duties. We have adopted internal IT guidelines and regularly train staff with regard to security and the use of IT systems.
